This is truely a beautiful story.... I hope that someday you will make it into a book for all to experience. Sharing our life on this planet helps us and others move forward and understand that all we do and experience in life we do in love. Thank you for sharing... this was a great gift.

What will happen to Heather and Jack in Debits of Our Lives? I will truly miss your writing!

Have a wonderful time in Turkey, I hear Troy is nice to visit (if that's where you're going!). But I think there is another city (Ephesus maybe) close to it that is a more amazing archaeological find.

Best of luck!

Wow, I didn't see this coming at all.

Assuming you still feel that sharing and analyzing your story would be beneficial for yourself and/or readers, it would always be possible to share it anonymously.

Regardless of your decision, I wish you the best.

Thanks Kerry. It's a matter of differences in perspective on how, when and where it's appropriate to tell these kinds of stories. As for the future, I think a memoir may always be too complicated, or by the time it isn't, I may already be dead. There are lots of other interesting things to write about.

Well, that sucks.

I'm guessing you're getting some sort of family pressure here. I'm a privacy freak, so I get that. But I think your kids would have appreciated understanding why you are the person you are ...maybe not now (I'm guessing they're in their 20s or early 30s at most), but later. I can find all kinds of things about my family through genealogical research, but why people turned out the way they did isn't generally one of them. I wish I could ask them, but it just doesn't work that way.

I hope you'll consider doing this in the future (maybe under a pen name, so there are no privacy concerns). It seems like you really need to tell this story.

I am sad to see you go, Susan.

If you were looking to fill an unoccupied niche in the realm of personal finance, you certainly did that - and did it very well!

Enjoy your trip to Turkey - relax and clear your head of everything related to blogging. You and I both know how a little rest can change our perspectives sometimes.

Let's keep in touch.

All the best,

Len
